SIGOMA Response to the Review of New Recurrent Funding Arrangements for Schools Terms of Reference
From April 2006 new recurrent funding arrangements for schools were introduced, with a commitment to review various aspects of the system for the first two years. The purpose of the review is to make recommendations on any adjustments needed to those arrangements in light of the experience and to consider what further developments in the schools funding system are further needed to support the government's wider policies for schools and childrens services.
